These reports are publicly available online for your reference.
1. Quality Assurance & Return Philosophy
Due to the strict quality standards we uphold, we do not accept returns based solely on personal or subjective quality concerns. If you have questions regarding the quality of a product, we encourage you to:
- Review the official third-party test reports tied to the batch number.
- Conduct independent laboratory testing using the batch number provided on the packaging.
2. Eligible Reasons for Refunds & Returns
We do accept unconditional returns and issue full refunds in the following situations:
- Shipping Damage: Items arrived damaged during transit.
- Incorrect Orders: You received the wrong product due to an error by 1688Pharma.
- Manufacturing Defect: The item has a verifiable manufacturing fault (excluding natural variations within accepted specifications).
- Unopened & Unused Products: Items in original, sealed packaging, returned within 14 days of delivery, with prior authorization.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us First
Email our Sales Support team at after-sales-service@1688pharma.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 2: Provide Required Information
Include the following in your request:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Relevant evidence (e.g., photos of damaged packaging or product, batch numbers)
Step 3: Receive Authorization and Instructions
If your return is approved, we will send you:
- Your unique RA number
- Detailed return shipping instructions
Step 4: Return the Items
- Ship the product using a trackable method.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging or an equivalent secure package.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Step 5: Inspection and Refund
Once the returned product is received and passes inspection:
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Important Conditions
- Returns without an RA number will be refused.
- Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition (unless damaged or defective).
- We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
- This return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.
