They are not intended for human or animal consumption, use as a drug, food drugs, food additives, cosmetics, or household application of any kind. 1688 Pharma disclaims all liability for misuse and provides no instructions for usage. The Products are not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat or prevent any disease.
1.2 Age Restriction.
You must be at least 21 years old to access and/or purchase from this Site. By doing so, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
1.3 Compliance with Laws.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws concerning the purchase, handling, storage, and use of the Products. 1688 Pharma is not liable for any damages caused by the misuse of the products.
1.4 No Resale.
Products sold on this Site are for the Buyer’s own research use only. Any resale or transfer of the products to third parties is strictly prohibited.
1.5 Toxic Substances Control Act.
Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the products purchased from 1688 Pharma are approved for use under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), where applicable.
1.6 Product Verification.
If the Products purchased from 1688 Pharma are repackaged, relabeled, or used as starting material or components of other products, the Buyer agrees to verify 1688 Pharma’s assay results independently. 1688 Pharma assumes no liability for any downstream misuse, injury, or consequences incurred by the Buyer or third-party users. - Orders and Payment
2.1 Import Tax Disclaimer: For Customers Outside the United States
Please be aware that deliveries to countries outside the United States may incur additional charges including, but not limited to import duties and related fees. These charges are not included in our pricing and are not covered by 1688 Pharma. If the shipping company or customs authorities require payment of customs taxes or duty fees, you, as the recipient, will be responsible for paying these amounts. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s import regulations and potential additional costs before placing an order.
2.2 Accepted Payment Methods.
Credit card & debit card
Mobile wallets like Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay and Google Pay
e-Check, ACH, Direct Debit, and cryptocurrencies. For e-check/ACH payments, you authorize Pharma 1688 to electronically debit your account for the amount of your order.
2.3 Prices and Currencies.
Product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and other currencies based on your region. Prices are subject to change at any time. The Buyer is responsible for any applicable sales tax, import duties, and fees.
2.4 Order Acceptance.
Your order is not accepted until 1688 Pharma sends an order confirmation. 1688 Pharma reserves the right to refuse any order in its sole discretion.
2.5 Shipping.
Products are shipped by FedEx whenever possible. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless specified. 1688 Pharma is not liable for shipping delays or damage that occurs during shipping. - Returns and Refunds
3.1 No Returns.
Due to the nature of the products sold on this Site, 1688 Pharma does not accept any returns under any circumstances. All purchases made through this Site are considered final and non-refundable or modifiable unless a purchase cannot be fulfilled. 1688 Pharma encourages all customers to review their orders carefully before completing a purchase. - Intellectual Property

6.1 Waiver Agreement
In consideration of the purchase of research compounds from 1688 Pharma, I, the undersigned Buyer agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1688 Pharma, its officers, directors, contractors, employees, agents, and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Merchant”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.
I understand and acknowledge that the research compounds sold by 1688 Pharma are intended solely for research purposes and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or animal use. I agree to use the compounds according to all applicable laws and regulations and take full responsibility for any risks associated with their purchase, possession, and use.
I release, discharge, and waive any claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities of any kind that may arise from or be connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.
I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1688 Pharma against any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting from or connected to the purchase, possession, or use of the research compounds.
This indemnity waiver applies to me, my affiliates, agents, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
By purchasing research compounds from 1688 Pharma, I confirm that I have read and understood this Indemnity Waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct.
Buyer agrees that they may not post, review, or publicly attack Pharma 1688 with any false information about 1688 Pharma’s products. - Disclaimer
