AOD9604

Price range: $90.00 through $190.00

AOD9604 is a peptide fragment of human growth hormone (hGH) with oral activity, derived from the C-terminal region of HGH. It consists of amino acid residues 176-191 of HGH, with the phenylalanine at the C-terminus replaced by tyrosine. Human trials have shown that AOD9604 retains the fat-burning properties of human growth hormone but does not stimulate the production of IGF-1. Originally developed as an anti-obesity drug, AOD9604 is believed to have the ability to promote the breakdown of fat cells and facilitate weight loss.

Description

Benefits of AOD9604(Advanced Obesity Drug 9604)

✅ Lipolysis: Activates beta-3 adrenergic receptors and promotes the breakdown of fat cells (similar to the fat-burning effect of hGH). Inhibits lipogenesis and reduces new fat accumulation.
✅ Metabolic Regulation: May enhance insulin sensitivity and improve glucose metabolism.Promotes muscle repair (some studies show that it may reduce muscle loss).
✅ No growth hormone side effects: Only retains the fat metabolism function of hGH, does not affect bone growth or blood sugar (different from complete hGH).

Clinical Research and Application

1. Weight loss and metabolic improvement

Animal experiments: significantly reduce fat mass while retaining muscle (better than simple dieting).
Early human trials (2000s):
Some studies showed fat reduction effects, but did not meet the standard of significant weight loss (limited trial scale).
Not approved by the FDA/EMA as an anti-obesity drug, but circulated as a research supplement.

2. Sports performance and recovery

Bodybuilding/fitness field: used as a “fat-reducing peptide” and claimed to target abdominal fat.
Potential to fight joint degeneration: Animal studies have shown that it may promote cartilage repair (further validation is needed).
